Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon Delivery & Pick-up and let us know immediately if the cake is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Cake orders cannot be cancelled less than 48 hours of the pickup date. If orders are cancelled any later than this, we cannot process a refund or change the pick-up date. If your cancellation is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 Non-returnable items
